Ever had a moment where you just let the words you needed to say flow out of you? Like it felt like you were speaking things you didn’t even know that you knew. Perhaps you felt something just come over you, and the words that you needed to say felt easy, seamless, like someone else was… speaking through you!

Lucid channeling is when you allow higher wisdom, your higher self, guides, or loved ones to speak through you while you start to get out of the way. Often, people who are lucid channeling find themselves speaking words they didn’t know out loud, or they find themselves suddenly speaking words of hope, kindness, or even clarity… even though they’re usually terrified of public speaking! Sometimes, people who lucid channel also may find that they become the temporary conduit for a beloved parent or friend who’s died, and it’s as though they’re speaking through them!

I know it seems funny, but lucid channeling is actually super common, really fun, and sooo exciting!
